Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes, we take the utmost care with the information you provide when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). All the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we ensure that all employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Q. How do I place my order?

- Click on the product you want to buy.
- Click the “Add To Cart” option.
- Add multiple products to the cart by opening different product pages and adding them.
- Click “Cart” on the menu bar.
- Scroll down and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Fill in all the billing details and review your order details (including the total cost).
- Click the “Place Order” button below the form.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders can be paid for using the Cash On Delivery (COD) method.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. To cancel your order, log in to your account. If you are a guest user, you can call our helpline during office hours to cancel your order. You can also cancel an order during the final confirmation call.

Q. What is your shipping cost?
A. Our shipping cost is Rs 0/- on order above Rs 999/-. We are currently offering Free Shipping on order above Rs 999/- orders. For order less than Rs 999/- we charge a small amount of Rs 200/-.
Q. Which service do you use for shipping?
A. We use M&P, TCS, and Leopards Courier Services for shipping.
Q. What is your delivery time?
A. We deliver orders within 2-3 working days after the confirmation call.
Q. How can I order an out-of-stock product?
A. You can pre-order any out-of-stock product by contacting us via phone or email.
